Please provide only information relevant to your request. Our enquiry and booking forms do not request payment card details. Do not send card numbers, banking credentials, or detailed medical information through these forms. If an accommodation or safety need requires sensitive information, contact us first so we can discuss what is necessary and an appropriate way to provide it.
How we use your information
We use personal information to answer questions, process and coordinate booking requests, communicate about availability and changes, prepare for the experience you request, maintain appropriate business records, and protect our website and services from misuse. We also use or disclose information where required or permitted by law.
We collect only information reasonably needed for these purposes. Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not sign you up for promotional messages. If we offer marketing communications, we will obtain consent where required and provide a way to unsubscribe.
Your choices and consent
When you voluntarily submit information, we rely on your consent to handle it for the purposes explained at the point of collection and in this policy, except where the law permits or requires otherwise. We will seek additional consent where required before using information for a new purpose.
You may leave optional fields blank, contact us by phone instead, or withdraw consent with reasonable notice, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Without necessary contact or booking details, we may be unable to respond or arrange a booking. We will explain any consequences of withdrawing consent.
When we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Information may be accessed by staff who need it to assist you and service providers supporting website hosting, maintenance, email delivery, and storage. We limit disclosures to what is needed and require appropriate protection when providers handle information on our behalf. We may also disclose information with your consent or when legally required or permitted, including to address an emergency or protect legal rights.
Service providers may process or store information outside British Columbia or Canada, where it may be subject to local laws and lawful access by authorities. Contact us if you have questions about service providers or processing locations.
Cookies and external services
The website uses cookies as needed for form security and session functions. You can manage or block cookies through your browser, although doing so may prevent forms or sign-in features from working correctly.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and website assets from unpkg. Loading these resources connects your browser to those providers, which receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy and unpkg for information about those services.
Links to social media and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
Keeping information secure and how long we retain it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including limiting access to people who need it for their work. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and for legal or business obligations, such as resolving disputes. If we use personal information to make a decision directly affecting you, we retain it for at least one year after that use, as required by BC law. When it is no longer needed and retention is no longer legally necessary, we securely destroy it or remove identifying details.
Children and information about other participants
A parent or guardian should contact us to arrange participation for a child. If you provide information about a child or another participant, ensure you have the appropriate authority or consent and share only what is necessary. Contact us if you believe we received a child’s information without appropriate consent so we can address it.
Access, corrections, and privacy concerns
You may request access to your personal information, information about its use and disclosure, or correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. You may also ask us to delete information or withdraw consent, subject to applicable retention requirements and other legal limits. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Please send written requests or complaints to the privacy contact below. We respond to access requests within the time required by applicable law, generally 30 days under BC law, unless a permitted extension applies. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason and any available review options.
